ERA is a recognized leader for its commitment and execution of real-world training and development programs. We offer over 125 public training programs and conduct over 250 customized “in-house” sessions annually. Our goal is to make your team effective, current, compliant and competent across a broad spectrum of topics.
Learning and Development Strategy
We work with you to ensure that you have a cogent and robust training plan so that you can tap into the best of your employees while getting all of them to a high level of competency. Our members count on us to be their training department if they do not have one or complement their training capacity they have in house.
About our Staff
All of our instructors are 100% dedicated to adult education, delivering programs and interventions that directly meet participants’ needs and organizational goals. We are subject matter experts who’ve been in the field––real businesspeople with real experience and deep subject-matter expertise. We research and develop our own programs, creating a much more robust and valuable learning experience. Every classroom instructor is credentialed-Masters, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, JD or C-with an average of 25 years of real-world business experience. Read more about our Staff.

ERA has intentionally created curriculum and learning pathways for each level (Individual Contributor, Group Leader, Manager and Executive/Director) so that each of your employees is ready for the current task at hand while preparing employees for future work.
