HR Refresh - Let ERA be Your Source!

ERA’s HR Refresh program allows a member to have an independent set of eyes review their employment-related procedures and practices and provide feedback on how to further align with compliance and HR best practices.

The program allows members to choose the level of review most appropriate for their organization.

Pricing

Tier 1: Hiring and Organizational Fundamentals – 6-8 hours                       $900
Tier 2: Managing Risk and Performance – 8-10 hours                                   $1,500
Tier 3: Employers with 50+ Employees – 10-12 hours                                   $2,100

Tier 1: Hiring and Organizational Fundamentals –
6-8 hours $900

In this level, ERA’s HR and Compliance Consultant will review:

• Your hiring process including job postings, applications, and recruiting sources
• New hire reporting
• Personnel file maintenance, security, and retention via a select sample of 15 files
• A select sample of I-9s (not to exceed 15)
• Your drug testing process
• Payroll practices
• FLSA classifications
• Process for responding to requests for accommodation under the ADA
• Job descriptions via a select sample of 10
• Required posters
• Organizational chart

Tier 2: Managing Risk and Performance –
8-10 hours $1,500

In this level, ERA’s HR and Compliance Consultant will conduct the Tier 1 review in addition to assessing the efficacy of the following processes.

• Performance management process and documents
• Termination process and documents
• Discrimination and harassment policies, training, and enforcement
• Internal investigation process
• OSHA and safety

Tier 3: Employers with 50+ Employees –
10-12 hours $2,100

The HR and Compliance Consultant, in addition to the Tier 1 and 2 review, will examine your compliance with matters specific to larger employers, including Family and Medical Leave Act compliance and EEO-1 reporting. In addition, the Consultant will assess your training and development processes.
